At Wild Hide, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged before beginning its journey.

Order preparation

Orders are usually prepared within 24 to 72 business hours from the confirmation of purchase.

As these are handmade products, certain items or special orders may require additional preparation time. In such cases, we will inform you.

Shipping costs

We mainly ship our orders through Correos.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed before completing the purchase. As a reference, the usual cost of our shipments is between €15 and €18.

Delivery times

Once the order has been prepared and shipped, the delivery time will depend on the destination country and the transport service used.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Wild Hide's control, such as periods of high demand, carrier incidents, or customs processes.

Tracking

When the shipping service used includes tracking, you will receive the necessary information to check the status of your order during transit.

International shipping and customs

We offer international shipping.

Orders shipped outside the corresponding customs territory may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees, or handling charges established by the destination country.
