1. ABOUT WILD HIDE STUDIO
Wild Hide Studio is a brand dedicated to the design and handcrafted production of leather goods and accessories.
Our products are made using carefully selected materials. Due to their handcrafted nature and the natural characteristics of leather, each piece may present slight variations in colour, texture, grain or finish.
These variations are part of the natural character of the material and make each piece unique; therefore, they should not necessarily be considered manufacturing defects.

2. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
The user agrees to use this website exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or interests of Wild Hide Studio or third parties, nor interfere with the proper operation of the website.
The website may not be used to carry out fraudulent activities, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or engage in any activity contrary to applicable law.
Wild Hide Studio may restrict access to the website where there are reasonable indications of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use.
3. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Many of our products are handcrafted.
Photographs and descriptions are intended to represent each product as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may exist between the photographs shown and the product received due to, among other factors, the natural characteristics of leather, variations between batches, handcrafted processes, photographic lighting or screen settings.
Certain leathers may evolve with use and over time, developing changes in tone, marks and a patina characteristic of the material.
4. AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability.
In the exceptional event that a purchased product is unavailable, Wild Hide Studio will contact the customer as soon as possible to offer an appropriate solution or, where applicable, issue a refund of the amount paid.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The applicable prices will be those displayed in the store at the time the order is placed and will include any applicable taxes where required.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be shown to the customer before completing the purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during the checkout process.
Wild Hide Studio reserves the right to correct obvious errors in prices, descriptions or product information. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer to inform them and offer the appropriate solution, including, where applicable, a full refund of the amounts paid.
6. ORDERS
Placing an order implies acceptance of the conditions applicable to the purchase.
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive the corresponding confirmation using the contact details provided.
Wild Hide Studio may refuse or cancel an order where there is a justified reason, such as inability to supply the product, an obvious error, payment-related issues or reasonable indications of fraud.
If any charge has been made for an order subsequently cancelled by Wild Hide Studio, the corresponding refund will be issued.
7. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Wild Hide Studio offers certain personalised products or products made specifically according to the customer's instructions.
Before placing a personalised order, the customer must carefully check the measurements, texts, initials, designs, colours and any other requested characteristics.
Once the production process has begun, certain modifications may no longer be possible.
Where a product has been made according to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal may not apply in the circumstances provided for by applicable law.
This does not affect the customer's statutory rights where the product is defective, lacks conformity or does not correspond to what was agreed.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Due to the handcrafted nature of certain products, some items may require a preparation or production period before being shipped.
Any preparation and delivery times indicated are estimates where specified as such and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Wild Hide Studio.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for delivery of the order.
9. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
As a general rule, where legally applicable, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
This right may be excluded, among other circumstances provided for by law, for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
These exceptions do not limit the customer's rights where the product lacks conformity.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the original designs, photographs, texts, illustrations, graphics, logos, visual elements and other original content appearing on this website belong to Wild Hide Studio or are used with the appropriate authorisation.
Their reproduction, modification, distribution, commercial exploitation or use without prior authorisation is not permitted where such authorisation is legally required.
Trademarks, trade names and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
11. CUSTOM DESIGNS
Where the customer provides images, logos, texts, drawings or other content for personalisation purposes, the customer declares that they have the necessary rights or authorisations to use such content for that purpose.
Wild Hide Studio may refuse orders that it considers unlawful or that may infringe third-party rights.
Original designs created by Wild Hide Studio remain protected under applicable intellectual property and industrial property laws.
12. WARRANTIES AND CONFORMITY
Products sold by Wild Hide Studio are subject to the warranties and consumer rights provided for under applicable law.
If a product is defective or lacks conformity, the customer should contact Wild Hide Studio so that we can assess the case and provide the solution required by law.
Wear resulting from normal use, the natural ageing of leather, the development of patina or variations inherent to natural materials do not, in themselves, constitute manufacturing defects.
13. LIABILITY
Wild Hide Studio shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, maintenance contrary to the recommendations provided, or circumstances beyond our control, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Purchases made through Wild Hide Studio are made between the customer and Wild Hide Studio, without prejudice to the technological or payment services provided by Shopify or other service providers.
