SHIPPING POLICY

At Wild Hide, every piece is carefully prepared and packed before beginning its journey.

ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are normally prepared within 24 to 72 business hours after purchase confirmation.

As our products are handcrafted, certain items or special orders may require additional preparation time. If this is the case, we will let you know.

SHIPPING COSTS

We ship primarily through Correos.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are shown before checkout is completed. As a general reference, our usual shipping cost is between €15 and €18.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery times will depend on the destination country and the shipping service used.

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Wild Hide's control, including periods of high demand, carrier delays or customs procedures.

ORDER TRACKING

When the selected shipping service includes tracking, you will receive the necessary information to follow the status of your order during transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

We ship internationally.

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these potential charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wild Hide does not control and cannot determine in advance any charges imposed by the customs authorities of each country.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided when placing the order is complete and correct.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING ISSUES
