Lifetime Warranty

At Wild Hide, we handcraft each piece to last. We trust in our materials, our process, and every stitch that leaves our workshop. That's why our pieces are backed by the Wild Hide Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

What does it cover?

The warranty covers defects attributable to the handmade manufacturing of the piece, such as stitching, assembly, or component fastening failures, as well as hardware defects when they are not a result of use, wear, or accidental damage.

When technically possible, we will repair the piece free of charge. If repair is not possible, we will discuss the most suitable solution with you.

What does it not cover?

Leather is a natural material that changes over time. Patina, darkening, marks, scratches, color variations, wrinkles, and other signs derived from use and natural aging are not considered defects: they are part of each piece's story.

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by impacts, cuts, snags, accidents, improper use, extreme or prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, heat, modifications or repairs made by third parties, or normal wear and tear of materials and finishes.

Custom Products

Wild Hide Custom pieces enjoy the same warranty against manufacturing defects. Characteristics expressly chosen by the customer—design, engraving, measurements, color or material combination—are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to request it?

Write to us through our contact page, indicating your order number and, whenever possible, attaching photographs of the problem. We will personally review each case before authorizing the repair.

The Wild Hide Lifetime Warranty is an additional commercial warranty and does not limit or replace the legal rights corresponding to the consumer according to applicable legislation.

MADE TO LIVE. MADE TO LAST.
